Email is the fastest way to reach us. Write to contact@yarn-swift.com, add your order number if you already have one, and tell us what is happening. A photo helps a lot when something arrived damaged or when a part will not seat.

If your parcel has not arrived inside the announced window of 8 to 10 business days, write to us and we chase the carrier ourselves. If you want to return an order, our refund policy runs for 30 days after delivery and returns are free.
