How we test a yarn swift and a ball winder

We sell two tools, so our method is narrow on purpose: check what the manufacturer states, handle the units we ship, read every rating including the bad ones, and write down the limits we find.

  1. Stated specifications, republished with their tolerance. The swift stands 16.54 in tall and opens to 21.65 in across. The winder measures 7.48 by 5.35 by 3.54 in.
