These terms govern your use of yarn-swift.com, operated as Skeinwright and published by Animouf LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and include the product cost. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise on the page. An order becomes a contract once we send you a confirmation. We may correct an obvious pricing error and cancel the affected order with a full refund, and we may decline an order we cannot ship to your address.
Products and descriptions
We describe the umbrella swift and the ball winder using the specifications published by their manufacturer, including the stated measuring tolerance of 1 to 3 cm on hand measured parts. Photographs show the tools as they are supplied, and colours can vary slightly between screens. The tools are sold for ordinary consumer use in a home craft setting.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold under the consumer law that applies where you live.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If a payment is declined, the order is not created and nothing is charged.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timings and the countries we serve are set out in our shipping policy. Returns and the 30 day money back guarantee are set out in our refund policy. Both documents form part of these terms.
Content on this site
The text, photographs and page designs on yarn-swift.com belong to Animouf LLC, apart from photographs submitted by buyers, which belong to the buyers who took them. You may quote a passage with a link back to the page. You may not copy a page wholesale for a competing store.
