Skeinwright is published by Animouf LLC, Wyoming, USA, which is the controller of the data described here. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfill it: your name, your shipping address, your email address and the confirmation that your payment succeeded. Your card details are handled solely by Stripe and never reach our servers. If you email us, we keep the message so we can answer it and so we have a record if the same question comes back.
Why we collect it
We use your address to ship your parcel, your email to send the tracking number and to reply to you, and the payment confirmation to honour the refund policy if you invoke it. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
Who else sees it
Three parties are involved in an order: Stripe processes the payment, our fulfillment partner packs and ships the parcel, and the carrier delivers it. Each receives only what it needs, and none of them may use your details for their own marketing.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not follow individual visitors between sites. It tells us which pages are read and roughly where readers come from, nothing more.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the accounting rules that apply to Animouf LLC require. Support emails are kept for two years, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and holds nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, for a correction, or for deletion. Write to contact@yarn-swift.com and we answer within one business day. Deletion of an order record may be limited by the accounting rules mentioned above, and we tell you plainly when that is the case.
